Support is limited. There are included txt files with loads of helpful info and details. As well as instructions etc. Also video tutorials and explanations/Demo's. FGVR was designed to be simple to install and easy to use. It has been tested on the platforms described above. As long as you meet the requirements there should be no problems of any kind. Install & Setup:
Installation and setup is automated. Basically click on the exe and it does the rest. You will be prompted to allow the installation of several smaller applications that are needed for FGVR to run. Simply click Allow or Install. Firewalls will complain during installation. I recommend switching them to Gaming Mode. Windows firewall may try to block parts of FGVR. You must Unblock or Allow these connections or FGVR will not function. FGVR has no virus, spyware, or 3rd party installations.
Requirements:
This software was designed to run on Windows Vista & Windows 7 32 & 64 Bits. This software requires Microsoft .NET 4.5 to run. You can check to see if this is installed under Control Panel\Programs & features. Dual Core processor or better recommended - Single core will work but much slower
1 Gig for ram recommended - slightly less may work.
NVIDIA GeForce 6600 or better OR ATI Radeon 9500 or better OR Intel 945 chipset
- Some Lesser cards will still run only slower and with less eye candy
1.9 Gig HD space required
